Standard Shipping (2-7 business days):  Shipping cost is calculated by Australia post

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post

Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any orders once they’ve been placed. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause! If you do not wish to keep your garments upon receiving them, you are more than welcome to exchange please refer to policy.


This service requires a signature on delivery as this is the most secure method of shipping (Any order notes that advise authority to leave the parcel without a signature unfortunately will be disregarded as we only send our parcels with a signature required on delivery)

– Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations. 

*Awaiting Fulfilment means your order has been successfully placed is waiting to be sent out to you.


PLEASE NOTE:  During sale and holiday periods, we ask that you please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery due to the high volume of orders.

Dispatch time can be anywhere between 1-7 business days.

All international orders are sent using Australia post

 Shipping cost on all international orders will be automatically calculate by weight/size directly through AUS post.


–    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Joner football Apparel with your tracking details
–   Australia post may also send you a link to your phone/email via their on-demand delivery service whereby you can update your delivery preferences.
–   Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show.


–       Customs or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note that Joner football Apparel is NOT responsible for covering these costs. 
–       Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Joner football Apparel does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary from country to country.

If these charges aren’t paid and the parcel is ‘Returned To Sender’, Joner football Apparel will then give Australia post authority to destroy the parcel. Therefore, the parcel will not be returned to our facility and no refund will be issued for the order.

Refunds & Exchange Policy


Refunds will ONLY be provide on faulty garments after approval by customer service team and  must be sent off within 7 days of approval by a customer service team member. We do not offer refund for change of mind.


We offer exchanges, All exchange orders will be sent once the original order has been received back and assessed by our returns team. Exchanges must be submitted through email. 

Please submit your exchange request within 30 days of dispatch of your order. Please note all exchnage shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

We recommend obtaining tracking on your exchange parcel, as Jonerfootball Apparel is not responsible if your return item (exchange or faulty) goes missing in delivery

All products must be exchanged in the following condition 
– Unworn 
– Tags attached 
– In original packaging 
– Without perfume or deodorant smells 
– Without makeup or fake tan marks 


Once your exchange/refund item has been tracked as delivered. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.


If you have received your garment with a fault or received the incorrect garment please contact and in your original email please include pictures of the fault within 7 days of receiving your garment/s. Once the item has been deemed faulty/incorrect by a customer service team member, you’re able to return the item for a store credit, exchange or refund. Our team will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item. Please note – All orders are inspected thoroughly for faults before dispatch by our QC team 


– JONER FOOTBALL Apparel do not cover the shipping cost for exchanges
– Due to current restrictions, return costs for international customers are higher than average
– We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as Runaway the Label is not responsible if your return goes missing in delivery

If the returned garment/s do not match the above conditions the order will be returned back to the sender. 
Joner football Apparel reserves the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected of a store credit and in most cases, your return will be sent back to you or in the rare circumstance you will incur a cleaning fee that will be deducted from your store credit. This includes garments that have any traces of perfume/deodorant/laundry detergent etc
